Ambassador-designate of Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on the H.E. State Minister of Industry Hassan Mohamed Moalin, State Minister of Industry of Ethiopia to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral trade and strengthening investment cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the Ambassador-designate invited Ethiopian entrepreneurs and business leaders to participate in Sri Lanka Expo 2027, highlighting the event as an important platform to explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional market access.
The Hon. State Minister reaffirmed Ethiopia’s commitment to elevating trade and economic partnership with Sri Lanka and expressed readiness to promote stronger collaboration between the private sectors of both nations.
